While I have been admiring the ready-to-wear work of the Valentino design duo Pierpaolo Piccioli and Maria Grazia Chuiri over the past seven years and the house's trajectory to 'it' status, it wasn't until I stumbled upon the most recent haute couture show Fall 2015 shown in Rome for the first time on Stylebubble's blog, that I completely understood the force behind it. I was mesmerized by its artistry and aura in The Eternal City.
My favorite because of the ethereal and exquisite qualities of the gown and model.
The cape and capelet are still fresh to Piccoli and Chiuri. Be on the look out for them again in the ready-to-wear collection and get one if you don't already.
Would not be a Valentino show without red.
